Sleep: How Frustrating You Are
I really hate sleep. Not the act of sleeping. The act itself is wonderful. There’s something about that brief moment right before you fall asleep, your troubles magically disappear for just a second. It feels like you’re on this fluffy cloud floating above an oasis.
But waking up.
Waking up is awful.
For every wonderful upside to sleep, there’s a handful of downers tagging along, tiny pitchforks in hand, ready for prodding.
You wake up in a strange position, your mind is all discombobulated, as you age your joints start to get all achy. Worst of all, you can never get enough of it.No matter how many hours you put in, you always have that lingering sensation of sleepiness.
Caffeine to the rescue.
